We are "connected" or grounded to our mothers at birth and later to our agreements with our friends: we call this adolescence. At Aesclepion we ground to the center of the planet.
Center of Your Head
How do you "occupy the body?" To sit in the center of your head is to sit in the driver's seat. Physically it is the pineal gland, which is at the top of a cavity in the middle of your head. Also called the sixth chakra.
Clairvoyance
This is your ability to "see" clearly. It is the energy that you activate by sitting in the center of your head -- the sixth chakra. You can also think of it as your capacity to see the world and your place in it.
Clairsentience
We call this our "gut feeling", somewhat like a sonar with which your body is continually reading its environment. Located in the second chakra just below the navel.
Trance Mediumship
One of the four spiritual natures located in the crown or seventh chakra. This is your capacity to have an "out of body" experience and to wake up in your dreams. It is a capacity that sits at the center of your ability to create a change, particularly for yourself.

Chakra
An energy center and if you substitute the word information for energy you have an information center. There are seven major chakras plus many minor ones located in each joint of the body. The major ones start with the first chakra at the base of the spine, and continue up the spine, finishing with the seventh in the crown or top of your head.
First chakra
The location of your survival information your "instincts". Also the source of your kundalini. This is the information that your body uses to maintain its integrity. Male sexual information is also found in this chakra.
Second chakra
The location of your emotional energies -- your "gut feelings." Female sexual information is generated here. This center serves as a "radar" for the body, the chakra from which you "scope" things out. "I have a good feeling about this place!" is a clairsentient read.
Third chakra
The chakra where you connect the silver cord at the first breath. Think of this as your commitment to your body and it is from this commitment that you are able to generate what is called "will power" or physical energy. Also, your dream or out-of-body memory is stored here.
Fourth chakra
The location of your "affinity" or what many call the heart chakra. Affinity is the attraction between you (a spiritual being) and your body. As such it is where you carry your "self-image". Many confuse it with the notion of love, but "love", an advanced spiritual concept, is the activation of the third, fourth and fifth chakras -- reality, attraction and communication.
Fifth chakra
Your communication center, starting with your inner voice, followed by your clairaudience, and your broad and narrow band telepathies. All of your "outward" communications are a reflection of your inner voice.
Sixth chakra
The location of your clairvoyance -- your ability to "see clearly". You see yourself from here and also yourself in relationship to your world. This chakra is the focus of the Aesclepion Intuitive Training.
Seventh chakra
The "crown chakra", located at the top of your head. You will find your knowingness, your trance mediumship, your ownership and your "control" here. This chakra is the focus of the Aesclepion Healing Center five-year Trance Medium program.
Eighth chakra
Consider this as a vibration rather than as a location -- the part of you that can move in and out of the body consciously. It is the focus of the Aesclepion Healing Center's One to One Program and how you occupy the Threshold.
Knowingness
We all have our own answers. The phrase "off the top of my head" is made in reference to one's knowingness located in the crown chakra.
Ownership
Ownership is your capacity to be accountable for where you find yourself. Consider it as an energy that you access while sitting in the crown chakra. Without it, it is difficult to sit comfortably.
Spirit guide
Many would use the word "angel". Consider it as a being with whom you create an agreement much as you do with a close friend. And as with any close friend, their guidance sometime serves and other times is questionable.
Astral travel
This is "lucid dreaming" -- your ability to "participate" in your dreams. Being mobile in a dream is a type of spiritual ability.
Threshold
This is the name we give to the zenith point between this life and your last incarnation. It is a place from which you can examine where you came from, where you are, and where you are going. It is the position from which much of the Aesclepion One to One program is worked.
Kundalini
A physical energy generated in the body -- specifically in the first chakra. It is the energy that the body uses to maintain its integrity or to assure its survival. Super human feats, sexual capacity, and self healing are events associated with Kundalini.
Creative rings
Three rings located above your head. When vibrating in a particular relationship to one another they form what we call a halo. They are the source of your original essence.
Silver cord
One of the two connections between you and your body. It is made during your first breath at the time of birth. It is the moment in which you take over the distribution of energy throughout the body.
